The church is hosting a warming center for the homeless of Detroit so there will not be a bridge game this Tuesday, Nov. 14 in Bloomfield Hills.
All our games are special! But we have some extra special games with BIG masterpoints awards.
Dec. 9 STAC It is a sectional tournament at Club with silver points and rankings over District 12 (most of Michigan a part of Ohio) We have had players in our game distinguish themselves every year in the past. This can be your year. There will be an additional $1.50 charge to defray the cost of organizing the event. Please arrive early since we expect a few extra tables.
Dec. 16 is a membership game. BIG masterpoints at no extra charge.
Dec. 30 is a club championship. Extra masterpoints at no extra charge.
Remember you don't have to finish number one to have a successful year at bridge. You are competing with your own success compared to prior years. Set your own goals and achieve them!
NOTICE: The requirements for life master are changing on December 31, 2009. However, if you are a member before this date the current requirements apply. If you have friends who are planning to join, please tell them about the change. Of course, I want them to join at the Tuesday game because we get upgraded games when we sign-up ten members.
