Website Manager's Commentary

A special message to all club owners, directors, board members, tournament chair persons, and all bridge players.

The purpose of this website is to provide an efficient means to communicate information to the bridge players within District 12.

The success and usefullness of this website is highly dependent on accurate and timely information. I will do my best to update the website on a timely basis as information becomes available. I urge all club owners and directors to review the data for your respective clubs and advise me of any inaccuracies or missing data. If you want any addtional information added to your club information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, special games, special programs that you run, such as mentoring, or anything else that would better describe your club, please forward the information to me. Please feel free to offer any ideas and suggestions that you may have to improve the website.

To tournament chairpersons, please forward information, such as schedule of events, dates, locations, etc. to me as soon as it becomes available. I will forward information on to ACBL that will allow them to create a link to the District website and the tournament information that is on the District website. I will make every effort to ensure that the data is updated correctly to the website, but I need everyone of you to ensure that the data residing on the website is in fact correct. Much of the information has not changed from the old website, other than some cosmetic changes to the format. I have no way of verifying the accuracy of this information.

I urge all board members at the unit level to review the unit information contained on the website and send me any missing information or any changes that need to be made.
